When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address.
As we outsource our shipping, once your order is placed we cannot amend addresses or cancel your order.
Your order is processed, picked and packed within 5 minutes of you ordering.
We cannot add anything to your order and we cannot change your order consequently. If you order the incorrect item this is your own responsibility.
If you order a Pre-order item then your order will not be despatched until that item is available. If you have more than the Pre-order item in your order then we will not ship any of the items until the pre-order is available.

We do not cover any duty taxes, once the parcel reaches the destination the customer is responsible to pay the duty taxes. The price of the shipping does not include duty taxes.

InPost Shipping Policy
nkdapparel offers delivery through InPost, allowing customers to receive their orders via InPost Locker or InPost Courier services. When selecting InPost at checkout, customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details including their chosen locker location or delivery address are accurate and complete. Once an order has been dispatched, InPost will send tracking information and delivery updates via email or SMS, enabling customers to monitor the progress of their parcel.
For locker deliveries, customers will receive a notification when their parcel is ready for collection. Parcels must be collected within the timeframe stated in the notification. InPost Lockers operate 24/7 in most locations, but any parcel that is not collected within the required period will be automatically returned to nkdapparel. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee charged by InPost, and this fee will be deducted from any refund issued. Additional shipping costs will apply if the customer requests the parcel to be resent. Please note that InPost Locker deliveries are subject to size and weight restrictions; parcels exceeding these limits may be refused or redirected by InPost.
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimated and may vary based on location, demand, seasonal factors, or courier delays outside nkdapparel promptly so we can initiate a claim with InPost. All claims and resolutions are subject to InPost’s investigation processes and policies.
By selecting InPost at checkout, customers agree to the terms outlined in this InPost Shipping Policy, including collection requirements, responsibility for return shipping charges in cases of non-collection, tracking procedures, and delivery limitations set by InPost.
