nkdapparel: Terms & Conditions

 

1. The Legal Bit (About Us)

These terms apply when you shop with us, browse our website, or use our social media features. They are a contract between you and nkdapparel. We operate under English Law, and any disputes will be handled in the English Courts. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check this page before you shop.


2. About You

To shop with nkdapparel, you need to be at least 16 years old, have a valid payment method that we accept, and be authorised to use it. We also ask that you only buy our gear for yourself—not for resale.


3. Placing an Order

When you click ‘Pay Now’, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email. This is just us saying "we’ve got your request." Your order is only officially accepted, and the legal contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If there’s an issue with stock, we’ll let you know ASAP.

  • Fair Use: To keep things fair, if we notice unusual patterns (like "wardrobing" or an extreme returns history), we may have to deactivate your account.

 

4. Prices & Product Descriptions

We’re human, and sometimes mistakes happen.

  • Pricing: If we discover a pricing error on something you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you. You can re-confirm at the right price or cancel. If we can't reach you, we’ll treat the order as cancelled.

  • Descriptions: We try to show the colours and textures of our apparel as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that different screens can display shades differently.


5. Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna & Clearpay)

To give you more ways to pay, we offer Klarna and Clearpay.

  • The Relationship: These are independent providers. When you use them, you’re entering a separate contract with them.

  • The Fine Print: They may perform credit checks or have their own late fees. nkdapparel isn't responsible for their assessment of your eligibility. Please shop responsibly!


6. Delivery

We want to get your nkdapparel fits to you fast.

  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link via email once we’ve dispatched your parcel.

  • Timelines: We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but occasionally courier delays are out of our hands.

  • Missing Parcels: Please report any missing parcels within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can investigate.


7. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a "cooling-off" period.

  • The Timeline: You have 14 days from delivery to return your items.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state with all tags and silicone security loops attached.

  • Hygiene: For your safety, items like bodysuits or underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.

  • Refunds: While we typically issue Store Credit, your statutory right to a refund remains if you notify us of your intent to cancel within the 14-day window.


8. Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or develops a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you.

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods.

  • The Process: Email customerservice@nakedapparel.co.uk with your order number and photos before sending it back.


9. Promo Codes & Gift Vouchers

  • Promo Codes: Usually, it’s one code per order. They cannot be used for delivery costs or to buy Gift Vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treat them like gold—if you lose the code, we cannot always replace it.


10. Your Info (Data Protection)

11. Things You Shouldn’t Do

We want everyone to enjoy the nkdapparel community. You must not:

  • Misuse our site (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses, or scraping data).

  • Use our site for any criminal offence. Doing so is a breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report such activity to the authorities.


12. Intellectual Property

nkdapparel owns (or has permission for) all the intellectual property on our site—including designs, logos, and photos. You can store or print our content for personal use, but you cannot use it for commercial purposes without our written "okay."

We always aim to get it right, but if we’ve missed the mark, we want to hear from you.
