Returns

Returns policy 

During high volume sale periods there can be delays with order processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible please allow an additional 10-14 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from delivery, this resolution applies if;

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

We will send you a confirmation email receipt once your return has been processed. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 14 working day timescale, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned. Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order with no expiration date.

All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this 14-day deadline will be denied and returned to customer. 

The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs, as we don’t pay for any shipping. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as NKD Apparel will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

NKD Apparel do not refund any shipping costs when you return your order.

If you choose to return your item, it must be sent back in the same condition you received it in.

Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan, Makeup, Pet hair/any hair or deodorant. All returns must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.

Unfortunately we're only able to accept returns back in the immaculate condition they were received in. Tags needs to be attached to the product on the silicone loop, if tags are not attached a refund will be declined.

My item is faulty/lost 

In the event you have received a faulty item or you have not received your parcel, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with the following information:

• Your order ID
• Which item is damaged
• A description of the fault/missing order/items
• Photographic evidence and an image of the dispatch note

We will then respond accordingly to rectify any faulty or lost item/s or parcel. Upon response from NKD Customer service team, failure to provide any information required within 14 working days will result in the case being closed. 

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our customer care team, we cannot action a refund or replacement.

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified as soon as possible. 

Missing parcels investigations can take up to 28 days, we work closely with Royal Mail and FedEx to solve the cases as soon as possible but this can take up to 28 days. 

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our customer care team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

Missing item in my order, what do I do?

Please send us a message at customerservice@nakedapparel.co.uk with an image of your order, the original packing slip and the packaging as this will be used to identify the error on our side.

Packing orders go through extensive checks whereby they are picked and packed by two members of staff. 

The items are ticked off one by one on the packing slip when being picked and are then counted as they are packed. The packing slip is then numbered and signed to indicate how many items are in the package. We can refuse to resend an item if we believe the item has been packed correctly and all correct procedures have taken place. Unfortunately if you do not keep your outer packaging and your packing slip / invoice we are unable to assist you any further as these go through strict weight checks with Royal Mail and we need these to identify whether it is fraudulent or not.

We are able to block your account from ordering from NKD Apparel if you are found providing false information. If we have proof that your order weighed the correct amount when being dispatched, that it was counter signed by multiple parties, then we do have the right to refuse your refund or replacement.
