Returns Policy
During high volume sale periods there may be delays with order processing. While our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please allow an additional 10 to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. This is why we offer store credit if your item or items are returned to us within 14 days from delivery in the following situations:
• The item does not fit
• You are not satisfied with the quality
• You have simply changed your mind
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received any communication from us after 14 working days, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned.
Store credit will be issued as a code sent to the email address used for the original order. This code has no expiration date.
All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent outside of this 14 day period will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. nkdapparel does not cover return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as nkdapparel is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from stains, marks, fake tan, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, human hair or any odours.
All items must be returned in immaculate condition. Tags must remain attached to the garment using the original silicone loop. Returns without tags attached will be declined.

Sale Items
All sale items are non refundable.
Faulty or Lost Items
If you receive a faulty item or do not receive your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
• Your order ID
• The item affected
• A description of the fault or missing item
• Clear photographic evidence
• An image of the dispatch note
Once this information is received, our customer care team will assess the issue and respond accordingly.
If the required information is not provided within 10 working days, the case will be closed.
Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without verified proof of damage from a member of our customer care team.
Missing parcel investigations can take up to 28 days. We work closely with Royal Mail and FedEx to resolve these as quickly as possible.
Please do not return faulty items unless instructed by our customer care team, as this may delay the resolution process.
Missing Item in My Order
If an item is missing from your order, please contact customerservice@nakedapparel.co.uk and provide:
• A photo of your order
• A photo of the original packing slip
• A photo of the outer packaging
These are required to investigate the issue.
All orders are subject to strict quality control procedures. Each order is picked and packed by two staff members. Items are checked against the packing slip, counted during packing, and the slip is signed and numbered.
If our checks confirm the order was packed correctly, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.
If the outer packaging and packing slip are not retained, we are unable to assist further due to Royal Mail weight verification procedures used to prevent fraud.
Accounts may be blocked if false claims are identified. If dispatch records confirm the correct weight and multi party verification, nkdapparel reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements.
